These terms govern use of Rewind Indy Radio WRDY-DB’s website and station stream, operated by Hoosier Media LLC.

Ownership & station identity

The Rewind Indy Radio WRDY-DB name, logos, brand identity, station likeness and original station-created imaging, graphics, text and audio are owned by Hoosier Media LLC, except where another owner is identified. No trademark registration is claimed by this notice.

Permitted listening & prohibited use

You may access the website and listen through authorized players for personal, noncommercial use. Except with prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, or as permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit station-owned logos, graphics, branding, imaging or other protected content.
• Record, rip, download, rebroadcast, retransmit, relay, mirror, resell or redistribute the station stream or programming, or embed the stream in an unauthorized player, app, directory or service.
• Use the station name, logo, likeness, staff image or voice to impersonate the station, misrepresent ownership, suggest an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement, or create a deceptive account or service.
• Remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, interfere with service, manipulate votes or use automated tools to extract protected content without authorization.

Written authorization is required for third-party stream distribution and use of station branding unless another lawful basis applies. Existing written licenses and agreements continue to govern authorized uses. A public stream URL does not itself grant redistribution or branding rights. Sharing a link to an official station page is welcome if it does not imply endorsement.

Music, third-party content & likenesses

Music compositions, sound recordings, album artwork, artist photographs, biographies, syndicated programs and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of those materials or blanket ownership of an individual’s name, image, voice or likeness. Station permission cannot grant rights owned by others. Nothing here restricts fair use or other uses permitted by law.

Submissions & community content

Only submit material you have authority to share. Sending an event, request or message does not guarantee publication, airplay or a reply. If you submit an event for publication, you authorize us to review, edit for clarity and publish the event details for that purpose. Do not include private or sensitive information in content intended for publication. Separate contest rules or written advertising and syndication agreements apply where provided.

Information, links & sponsorships

Schedules, scores, news, weather, traffic and school-closing reports can change or contain errors. Confirm important information with the original source, school, organizer or public authority. This website is not an emergency notification service. External links and embedded services operate under their own terms. Advertisements and paid sponsorships are promotional content; their presence does not guarantee a provider’s services.

Availability & responsibility

The website and stream are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hoosier Media LLC disclaims implied warranties and liability for losses arising from website or stream use. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Identify the material, its location, your relationship to the rights holder and how to reach you. This is a general contact channel, not a representation that a designated DMCA agent has been registered. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
